The first project activity for the elaboration of intellectual outputs was the creation of a questionnaire that was later distributed among the students. They were asked why they had (or not) decided to spend part of their studies abroad, if they had received adequate information about the subjects available in the host university, as well as if the learning outcomes had been recognised towards their degree upon the return to the home institution. The questionnaire was replied by 686 students, over 61% of them had already had a mobility experience. For the 64% of those that were not planning to undertake a mobility, the reasons were of academic aspects (lack of adequate course offer, problems with recognition of learning outcomes, disbelief in the academic value of study abroad period, etc.). At the same time 96% student that took part in the research thought that creation of the platform that would enable students to compare the subjects offer of various universities, was a good idea. Thanks to the contribution of the students who participated in the questionnaire, we got much needed and very valuable data that will be reflected in the functionalities of AIMED platform.
